Since joining in January; Reem has demonstrated significant growth in her communication skills and confidence.
Reem actively engages with staff by seeking their attention by reaching out to them. She will say the names of key staff and incorporates greetings into her communication.
Reem also has a lovely sense of humour and has positive interactions with other clients.
