It’s that time already! Our ‘Star of The Month’ for June…
We’re delighted to congratulate Sam as our Star Of the Month for June. Sam has been with Youth Inspired for the past 3 years, where he has been an enthusiastic young man and during this time Sam’s communication has developed hugely.
Sam’s role in the Youth Inspired cafe is where his communications skills have shone. Sam shows his excitement and awareness by speaking clearly to customers, a target that Sam will repeatedly say to staff.
Sam can serve customers independently and when he has been given a similar task he then transfers his skills across his own curriculum.
Throughout his time so far at Youth Inspired, he has done extremely well with communicating his words in a sentence to initiate interactions and to ask questions. Sam throughout his day will give his opinions and feelings. Sam has really progressed with this and he has developed a mature attitude and leadership role within his daily routine.
Well done Sammy! We are all very proud of you.
