On the 13th February 2024 our Aspire to Achieve students went on an organised visit to Bedford Fire Station and had a great time; which was part of their ‘Life Skills’ on Personal & Social Development.
The students wrote about their experiences and put together a display board of their day out.

On the 13th February 2024, we went to Bedford Fire Station for Life Skills. We looked at the equipment in case of a fire. At the Fire Station there was Amanda, Jason, Mike and Darren. They showed us around the fire station. We sprayed water from the fire hoses. Thank you for the visit to Bedford Fire Station. I hope to see the Fire Station soon – A
Our trip to the fire station was amazing. They gave us a tour and showed us all of their equipment. My favourite parts were sitting in the fire engine and shooting water out of the firehose – B
