Yesterday, (12th February) some of our Inspired clients attended a Health Awareness Event for People with Learning Disabilities. With a focus on reducing Hypertension (high blood pressure) which was held at Rufus Centre, Flitwick.
Some of our clients chose to have their blood pressure taken and collected information from difference services that support people with learning disabilities. Throughout the day our clients listened to speakers who explained the process of annual health checks and the importance of staying healthy.
